3rd Gen Fastest Firered/Leafgreen completion time...?

Mine was 6:06:11 but i'm going for even quicker by training my charmander on another game, training it and then putting it back.. and then just 'bombing' it through teh game with him...

it wasn't hard with help of some items

37:37, on my first time it took me 14 hours to beat the E4, however i beat sapphire in 8:19!
