Hmm... hard to decide, Electric's one of my favorite types. So I'll just have to say the ones I've used/plan to use (their entire lines count, of course):

Raichu
Electrode
Magneton
Electabuzz (Electivire's cool too, even if I've never used him)
Ampharos
Manectric
Luxray

i don't use an electric type on my team BUT i use 2 pokemon that i learned thunderbolt to em. since it's about the pokemon type im gonna say
