    Blue, that guys is such a dick!! With as his smell ya alters and wanting to battle when ur pokemon are almost all dead!!!!

    Other cool people would beeee..... Maxie in R/S/E, and the rival in G/S/C. (Because the rival is basically a villain what with stealing and things! >:I )
     
    Either Ein or Miror B. Ein because he's a badass scientist and Miror B. because he's groovy. And groovy is always awesome.

    Ehhm.. Archie. Not Cyrus since he's such a noob and never realizes he made a mistake. =)

    Archie > Maxie because I like swimming and I prefer Kyogre over Groudon =)
     
    Sabrina from the Pokemon special and Giovanni from the anime and special.

    They just seem so evil. They aren't goofy and bad they're just bad. Which is what I think makes a good villain.

    cause on the one hand you have a man with a terrifying visage and an uncanny resemblance to Sephiroth XD
    and on the other hand you have the Pokemon Incarnation of MJ, aka, A Flippin amazing Dancer who loves nothing more than to sing and do disco, and have Pokemon that strangely seem to jig along to the music.
     
    Miror B. Without a doubt. He has awesome hair and awesome music, and I love how he dances even when he's just talking normally. Not to mention that his Pokemon are great dancers as well. His Ludicolo are epic.

    My favorite actually "evil" villain would be Archie from Pokemon Special. He's truly evil and all his actions are for him and himself only. His anime version is pretty scary too. I think in both versions, he left his crew behind and didn't care about that. That's pretty messed up.
