Shedinja is a pokemon which is rather rare (nah...). Well, you get it in a mystic, odd way, so that's the one :)

All but most likely Scyther/Scizor, Pinsir and Beedrill. I don't like bugs IRL, but I can tolerate their Poke form. However, I really despise wasps, so Beedrill just happens to be on my bad side for that one.
Scyther and Scizor just because of the awkward popularity. I suppose if I looked past it they could be neat, but I just can't.
Pinsir never really appealed to me.
