Favorite Champion

My favorite was always Steven, possibly because R/S/E was my favorite generation, and possible because one of my favorite types is steel, but he makes a good champion because when he is talking to you, he conveys a feeling of intelligence and mastery over his craft. Personally, that made me intimidated, and excited, for the battle between me and him.

Also, like all of his Pokemon are my favorites.

It'd definitely be a tossup between Steven and Alder. They've both got themed teams that aren't specifically monotype, and their signature pokémon, Metagross and Volcarona, are the most badass of their generation.

Blue, Red and Cynthia stood out to me the most, so I voted for them. I have to vote for the originals, and since Cynthia in Platinum is the toughest champion that I can ever remember battling, she gets a vote too.

Before facing him, the whole Lake of Rage / Mahogany Town sequence with him was one of my favourite parts in the Johto games, and when it was finally time to face him, his Dragonites gave me such a hard time, and I liked that about him. I can still remember his dialogue before and after facing him because a) I had to face him so many times lol and b) As a Champion he just made the biggest impression on me, maybe cause he was my first I dunno.


Plus, his design is awesome I'm just sayin' haha :)

None other then Steven! There are many reasons why I would chose him as my favorite champion. He is beautiful and this is coming from a guy, also he is the champion in the best region.

His Pokemon choice is awesome. He just feels like the perfect champion material.
