we've had these threads before, it's been a few months, and we've also got a plethora of new cities in Sun & Moon, so I figured I'd remake this thread.

what's your favorite city in the pokémon games? why?

I really like Malie City on Ula'ula island. We haven't really seen too much in the way of oriental style when it comes to Pokémon cities/towns, and I really like how it's been designed. I'm not sure if it'd beat Humilau City or Verdanturf Town (my two current favorite cities) but it's probably in the top 3 or 4.

This is a tough one, there's so many beautiful and wondrous cities in the Pokemon world, but I'm gonna have to go with Olivine City. For me, it's a simple yet beautiful place and I love the seaside setting, Jasmine's character and the whole situation with the Lighthouse, not to mention the Milktank farm just north of the city. It's a place that, despite its simplicity, I'll always remember.

It's either Snowpoint City from Sinnoh or Malie City from Alola. Snowpoint is just beautiful with how peaceful it is, as you can tell from both appearance and accompanying music. It's just...overwhelmingly calm, and I love it. It's also home to the cutest gym leader there is, Candice. imo at least

Malie City has that Johto flair to it, which I fell for upon first noticing how the big tower looked very similar to the Bell Tower of Ecruteak. Lovely place, made even better once you see the Malie Garden Nugget Bridge. Speaking of the garden, it was a beautiful place that also introduces your boy to the story.

Both have a place in my heart. Also, I'm cheating by not picking one ;A; It's just such a difficult question for me!

Fell in love with that place in Gen I, but disappointed in gen II. Being an island town it was something unique and different!

My favorite has to be Ambrette Town, i just love how small and quaint it is with the Aquarium and fossil regenerator. A close second is Iki Town and its perfect design for a village town. Its truly amazing and with all the major plot points there, it shows a town doesn't have to be large to be a major part of the story. The entrance to Tapu Koko's ruins is an added bonus and very nice touch.
