Konami, for the Castlevania series. Although I do like Square-Enix for their non-Final Fantasy works (Valkyrie Profile 2, Drakengard, etc) and Namco, for the amazing Tales series and Eternal Sonata.
 
I'm voting Namco for... well, everything. From Klonoa, to Soul Calibur, to the Tales of games, Namco games do have a certain appael to me, no matter what genre.

Nintendo and HAL Laboratories do have that same effect on me most of the time, too.
