Well...I can't choose. I like all legendary birds (Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Latias, Latios), Mewtwo, Rayquaza, Deoxys, the three legendary dogs (Entei, Raikou, Suicune), Parukia, Diaruga, and the "secret" Pokémon (Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, and...¿Is going to be one in D/P?)

Well...I like them all !! They have awesome things !! ^_^

i LOVE ice pokemon, making Regice my number one favorite legendary.

I like:

Mew - Its cool and can learn any move.

The Regis - They look cool.

The Lati@s - Look cool. But I kind of like Latios more though.

Lugia - It is awesome.

Articuno - I think this is one of the best of the three Legend-Bird Pokemon.

Jirachi - Looks cool.

Groudon - Is awesome.

Kygore - Is good, and looks cool.

Rayquaza - Looks cool.

Deoxys (speed form) - Looks cool.

Mew is a classic legendary and a powerful one too. It was also the first pokemon I hand raised to level 100 (from level 5).

Mine are Celebi, Mew, Mewtwo and Jirachi.

My favourites have always been
Mewtwo, Mew (They are like the orginal's Mahn >.<)
Lugia Cause it looks so freakin' cool. And I like using it in battle =D
Suicune, It looks the youngest out of the Legendary dogs, and can be quite good at battling.
Celebi, cause it looks kinda cute/cool and it's like the most unobtainable =P(In Europe anyway ¬.¬)
And I'm not a fan of game sharks or AR codes
