    Since the old Favorite Song thread's limits of revival are now within more than a month's frame, the time comes for a new thread. So, this thread is rather self explanatory; state you favorite song(s), why they are from, and a reason why would be lovely as well. So go on, hop to it. However, know that if you excessively post in this thread, it will be looked upon as SPAM. Once a week is alright, but everyday is frowned upon.

    With that said, what's your current favorite song(s)?

    My favorite song at the moment is The World Should Revolve Around Me by Little Jackie. It's a inspiring song that gives me a rather nice feeling in my gut that makes me want to put myself out there, do the things I want to do, and don't give a damn regarding other opinions on me. That's something I really need to work on, if you know me.

Forever is addictive, Someday Soon is because of memories, Circus because it's hawt, Live Your Life for memories too, Someday Soon as it gives me... happiness, Love Story because it reminds me of January, Burn because it reminds me of January, Dead and Gone so damn addictive, Been Waiting relates to something, If U Seek Amy is addictive, MLWSWY is also addictive and Thinking Of You... dunno.

    They're all just really hawt songs <3 Too many favourites. D:

    Because it's really a happy and relaxing song. Not many people like it though.

    My favorite Dylan song, it's so great.
     
    I'm on a Boat - The Lonely Island (Feat. T-Pain)
    One of the funniest songs I've heard in a while, and honestly I just think it's a great song.

    Resonance - T.M.Revolution
    It's the first opening theme from my favourite animé at the moment, Soul Eater, and it's been one of my favourite songs for quite a while.

    Those are my two favourite songs at the moment, no doubt I'll have new favourite songs by the end of the week. XD

    • Brand New Day by Forty Foot Echo ; Reminds me always that there is still tomorrow.
    • Don't Worry Be Happy remixed by Holly Dolly ; Immediately picks me up when I'm feeling unmotivated and/or sad.
    • I Kissed A Girl by Katy Perry ; Because I love it~ <3
    • Love Game by Lady GaGa ; It's amazing, and I love the beat.
    • Move Your Body by Eiffel 65 ; I've known this song for years, and it's the bloody God of techno.
    • Reason by Hoobastank ; Takes me back to the past..
    • Crazy Angel by Kill Hannah ; Reminds me of someone, and this beat is amazing too.
    • Caramelldansen by Caramell ; Who doesn't love this sugar coated dance song?
    • Moments by Emerson Drive ; So touching to me.
    • Here by Rascal Flatts ; Brings back extremely fond memories..

    If any of you know me well, you'll know that my favourite song is There Is A Light That Never Goes Out by The Smiths. I love it for a lot of reasons. Morrissey has a gift, you see. He's able to sing in what appears to be a really depressed, distressed voice, but at the same time he manages to make the song uplifting, almost funny. The song itself has an amazing melody and the lyrics are simply brilliant, whichever way you look at it. You hear it the first time and you think that it's a straightforward love song, because it is. But after a while anybody is able to relate with the passenger in the car. It's a period we all experience in our lives when we need help and support to carry on living. You feel like you can relate to it. At least, everyone I know who has heard it a couple of times claim to be able to relate to it. It's just an awesome song. If you haven't heard it, click the link at the end of my post to fulfill your life's expectations.

    Miracle Drug by U2 also deserves a mention here. It really helped me recover when I felt I had nowhere to go; as if everyone was leaving me behind and moving on with their life but I was still stuck where I was. The guitar work here is excellent; the lyrics can put a smile to anyone's face and the tempo is both slow and fast moving at the same time. Really should have been Barack Obama's campaign song; the song is all about hoping that something will come true.

    Los Camesinos - You! Me! Dancing!I love this song, it's so happy. But at the same time, the video could be pretty depressing, so it balances out. c:

    Probably my favorite song is a tie between Sugar, We're Goin Down by Fall Out Boy and Handlebars by Flobots. Both I think are just really catchy, while the later also is great songwriting to boot. I also like I Will Follow You Into the Dark by Death Cab for Cutie a lot.
