favorite starter

My favorite starter of all time is Turtwig
 
kanto; bulbasaur
johto; chikorita
hoenn; torchic
sinnoh; chimchar

1st evo; piplup
2nd evo; quilava
3rd evo; meganium
 
I love that episode. It's my favorite unholy offspring among Pokemon.
As for average starters, Quilava, all Hoenn final forms, Mudkips, Grovyle, Torterra. Torterra and Muds especially.
 
Kanto: Squirtle
Johto: Totodile
Hoenn: Mudkip
Sinnoh: Piplup


First: Totodile
Second: Croconaw
Third: Feraligatr


Dunno, I've just got a soft spot for the Water Starters...and water pokemon in general for that matter :P.
 
The one that I like most it Blaziken coz I always choose Fire Pokemon as my starter.Then when he become Combusken,it'll be fighting type too,very useful !

Kanto: Charmander and its evo's.
Johto: Cyndaquil and it's evo's.
Hoenn: Treeko and it's evo's.
Sinnoh: Not sure, i can't decide between Torterra and Infernape.

Johto = Totodile
Hoenn = Mudkip
Sinnoh = Piplup

Stage 1 = Mudkip
Stage 2 = Croconaw
Stage 3 = Blastoise

Why you need to choose so many ? for me fire pokemon rule !

Bayleef is and will always be coolest pokemon. So i'd say

Basic: Totodile
1st stage: Bayleef
2st stage Meganium
 
Totodile is simply the best!

Charmander & Family will forever be the best starter to me.
 
Charmander, Cyndaquil, and the Tododile Families are by far my favourite. It was to hard to single any out.
 
Never thought of a favourite starter...
But I take:
1st Gen = Squirtle
2nd Gen = Totodile
3rd Gen = Torchic
4th Gen = Chimchar/Piplup

when I play through the game.
