4th Gen favorite starter

Charmander, then Cyndaquil.
 
Kanto- Squirtle was definiteley the coolest kanto starter
Johto- Totodile becuz he wuz the best
Hoenn- All the hoenn starters were HORRIBLE! but the best wuz mudkip
Sinnoh- Piplup all the way!

as u can see i always choose the Water Starter
 
well seen as you are useing ALL the games im going to go with Pikachu,because he was the most unique starter been able to follow you around an all
 
I actually don't like any of the starters lol.. Theye are obviously good for the beginning of the game but after you get access to good pokemon they are basicly useless
