Scizor has always been and will always be my personal favourite Steel type ^^
I like Jirachi too and Skarmory has always interested me ^^ I remember when GS first came out and I kept thinking it was a new legendary... >_> *hits himself for that* heh.

Jirachi hands down because it's so cute and it's just different to the others.
Second would be Scizor because i loved the two that were in one of the anime episodes. I gained a new respect for Scizor in that episode.
