The Sonic Adventure games have awful intros and i LOVE them
Especially Sonic Adventure

Also Puyo Puyo Sun had an anime opening on either the PlayStation or SEGA Saturn version i think?? I played the PC version and it had a different opening so idk, but the music in thw anime style one is absolutely amazing and pretty funny too
 
I actually really liked the Final Fantasy XV opening, It was honest and heartfelt and nice. Reminded me of Wind Waker a bit. :')
 
I'm gonna be that one person and say Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. ; u;
As for non-Pokémon games,.. MapleStory has had some pretty good intros, but they change it from time to time (depending on the update, new class, etc.)
Payday 2 has a pretty cool one as well.
