YES! I totally agree with England from Hetalia! I also loved Akira Okuzaki from Mai HiME, who is arguably tsundere as well, but she was a girl cross-dressing as a guy. @_@
I guess I find most female tsunderes annoying, but male tsunderes adorable for some reason....hah, double standard, much? Though I think it also has to do with the fact that female tsunderes tend to win most of the love triangles they're in, often over the sweeter/shyer girls that I tend to root for. -_-
