Recently in a thread posted by justinrpg, I and a few others asked a few questions about his pokephilia.

He then, out of the blue messages me, stating that I always troll him, despite me having not spoken to him in a little over a year, and not posted in any of his threads in even longer. He started taking things I said out of context, yelling at me, and I told him that I didn't really care so he would stop messaging me, yet I am giving an infraction and messaged by several staff members?

Not cool. This is obvious favouritism and giving certain members special treatment.

I might be mistaken, but I think that user has been banned.

Correct. I also just noticed that my VMs to him (which were NOTHING but a response to his VMs and I was as polite as I could have been with the way he was yelling at me), were deleted, as if I was attacking him, when his VMs are still there?

Nice to see this place has went downhill since I was active.

If you feel it's gone downhill, you know where the logout button is.

You knowingly pushed Justin's buttons and behaved rudely when asked to stop. Justin received an infraction for his wrong doing and you received one for yours. Please highlight where the favouritism lies here.

If you have a problem with a specific infraction you should PM the member of staff who issued it.

This statement right here is evidence of how downhill this place has went. "If you don't agree with our leaders, piss off".

I did not attempt to push his buttons, I asked a few questions in his thread like several other people were doing, he VM'd me very angrily yelling at me, I replied calmly and nicely explaining that I was not trying to troll him.

It's obvious that I am being targeted here.

Your infraction for "Trolling/Borderline Trolling" was for your posts in Justin's CQ&F thread which were disrespectful, and not posted out of genuine curiosity, but to simply stir the pot.

If you have a problem with a staff member's actions then it is recommended you bring it up with a member of higher staff or the actual member who issued you the infraction/is sending you messages. In this case that would be Livewire. Send him a PM and I'm sure he'd be happy to clarify any ambiguities you may have regarding your infraction and the 'favouritism' being shown by PC staff.

I'm going to close this thread. As stated above, as well as the forumwide rules, please PM the mod who you are contesting the infraction/deletion of VMs with, and if you are not satisfied then PM a higher up staff member. A thread like this, complete with assumptive claims of favouritism (which doesn't really hold up to me when the other person involved is currently banned, tbh...) is not the way to go about contesting such issues however.
