That would be heaven, yes.

I would like more of a human aspect, in that we see more of the human issues: the Global Police and their efforts to contain criminals, your character being human and needing to sleep and eat and all that, and maybe a wild card criminal to shake up the main criminals, the police and yourself. The closest was the Rival against the Rockets in G/S and his own theft of his starter Pokemon. Something like that.

Longer storylines, more regions in one game, day and night should come back, maybe seasons and weather having more of an effect on battle and pokemon you find and lots more....

Definitely Pokemon with a real world ethnicity aura attached, like Arcanine and the Chinese mythos. Something of the revelant and deep cerebral applications to the spiritual, not the Black face of Jynx or Mexican hat of the Lotad evolution setup.

Or just more Japanese mythos like they did with Ninetales. Either way would work fine.

Maybe Wi-Fi connection or linking up the games to the computer and download files to support you in the game 24/7?

The player should be able to let his Pokemon out, BE ABLE TO TALK, eat, swim (It's kinda annoying when all those swimmers keep asking if you don't know how to swim), sleep etc.

Also the should have seasons and bring back day and night... also ALOT more that I can't think of right now. -_- Oh, I just thought of one! BEING ABLE TO CATCH WILD POKEMON EVEN IF THEY FAINT.

You should be able to attach the game to the internet and do international trades online. You should get one shiny somewhere along the storyline.
