3rd Gen Feebas to Miltoc?

    Hey, i just traded over my miltoc and got a newly hatched feebas. Since theres no more pokeblocks, how do i get my feebas to evolve?
     
    Let me put this in the right place for you.

    To evolve Feebas to Milotic, you need to feed it Pokeblocks that raise it's Beauty score to 170 or over, then raise it by one level.
