    how do you evolve a feebass and what are the conditions does it have to be in
     
    You would have to increase it Beuaty level by using pokeblocks.And this should be in simple questions.
     
    max out the beutey and it should be grown a leval i think and it will evl in to the 2 one there you go .
     
    but i heard that you have certain amout of like level and its attack and stats
     
    Nope its not like that.Its different for febass.
     
    Just max out beauty,raise one level and you should be fine.
     
    i think they already answer this but to evolve feebas max out is beuty then raise a level it should evolve
