Not bad...
The writing's a bit close together though and it's a bit stretched out. Try and make the main page a bit smaller. Make an archived news page and put it all there.

Also for "Pok?" try doing the ?. Alt + 1 + 3 + 0
No + and it has to be the numberpad.
 
Ok. I'll go with phpBB [even though I like Windows better =P ].

I'm horrible at layouts, so I'll probably keep this one for awhile, unless you all like https://pokejungle.5gigs.com layout, because I could use that one. v_v
