Female Chikorita with hidden ability, anyone?

Hey, guys! I am looking for, as you can see in the title, a female chikorita with leafguard ability(It's hidden ability). I have been looking for one for quite some time now, and i really can't seem to find any. I of course have Pokemon X, my friend code is: 3969-5068-8675. Also I am new here so I really don't know if writing a forum would be the right thing to do, but I am really wanting one. One last thing, in case your wondering what type is my safari, it's sadly a normal type, although i don't remember what you can find in it. Thanks in advance!! :)

Unfortunately, Gen 2 and Gen 5 starters are not available with their hidden abilities, the only ones are hacked ones from gen 5 (and Pokebank doesn't allow them to be transferred from gen 5) and I would presume if it were possible to get them in the current gen via powersave or something, the Nintendo Network would also prevent it from being traded over the internet along with the other unreleased pokemon. I found this out when I went looking for a Contrary Snivy
