Fighting Games!

I got MvC 1 on PS1 today. It's not MvC2, of course, but dang it, it's the only one of the Marvel fighting series I've been able to obtain.
 
Well MvC 1 isn't too bad at all, hmm.. I'm thinking about calling around some places to check if they have any copies in stock XD

I'm finding that MvC 2 is really difficult to find on PS2, because it was released way before the Xbox version.

If only I didn't trade off my version..
 
Stealing is wrong, ryan. For shame.

I don't care if I get MvC2 on PS2, DC, or XBox (which I hope to obtain one o' these before the end of October). I just want the bloody game!
 
Ya... it would be so awesome if somebody made an emulator of it. I'd download it in a second (or however long it'd take to download it). And I know stealing is wrong... but if one could get away with stealing a stand-up... it would just be so awesome. I dunno, maybe it'd be good if it happened in a movie?
 
You know how tough it would be to just randomly sneak out of an arcade with a stand-up? Let alone the fact that the only arcades in this area are in malls...


But we're getting off-topic... um... I'm currently also looking for Marvel Super Heroes Vs. Street Fighter... I wanna play as Shadow and Mech Gouki.
 
Well I have the ISO for Marvel vs. Capcom 2 for DC (I actully own it!) and could upload that.. but pirating is wrong! *shifty eyes* >>..... << XD

Up to this day I still haven't played as Mech Gouki/Akuma, what new moves does he have, or are they just advanced forms of his normal moves?

(Sorry to continue the off-topic but I was just kidding around about the stealing the stand-up. I know how impossible that would be. My friend and I tried to steal a washing machine once. Well, not really, but we talked about it.)

I think Mech Gouki's moves are just the same but more powerful. Let me check the late Kao Megura's moveslist:

Has anyone heard of www.streetfighteronline.com? Thats basically X-men vs. Street Fighter to play online.. against people! But due to Capcom ordering them to remove it or alter it, its now know as Street Fighter Online... enjoy! XD

Well its been around for about roughly.. 5 years so I guess its relatively new (in some ways).

But it really is fun, like today in my computer engineering class for example, when me and a bunch of people faced each other over the server at that site.. good times XD

Yes you can, and you can also build your rank and unlock new Capcom charaters *from the top of my head*like Ken, Sakura, Cammy as well as Marvel ones such as Storm and many others.

if you play the "web version" and making an account does not work, just put "player" with no password and it should work fine ^^.

I think Mortal Comabat or any Mario probaly or any Starfox.
 
Erm... I think you're confused as to the definition of a "Fighting Game." A fighting game sets opponents in an arena of some sorts, there are health bars, a timer, and they beat the poop out of each other until one has been KOed, knocked out of the arena, or time runs out. Mario and Starfox don't count as fighters. Though Mortal Kombat does.
 
Unless they're referencing any Mario (character) or Starfox (character) on Smash Bros...

I can't get that online XVSF game to work... it keeps giving me weird Visual Basic runtime errors.
 
has any of you ever played DBZ Budokai 3 i'm not into DBZ
i used to love it when i was 8-10 but its a briliant fighting game
