So I'm having a REALLY hard time choosing the final slot on my team, I was thinking about Heatran but I seeing as I have Soul Silver I'm looking for another viable option. A mixed/special sweeper that isn't weak to Fire, Electric, and Ground especially is worth my while OR another special attacker that can lay down stealth rock. Right now I'm stuck with Bronzong which isn't bad but I was looking for something different.

You could add Latias if you want, resists fire, electric and ground and gives your team some decent synergy. To me, both Dusknoir and Starmie seems redundant as both perform the same task and more importantly share the same dark/ghost weakness. You could add Latias > Dusknoir probably since it's pretty bad in OU anyway and outclasses by Rotom-A.

I'll come back for weaks later.

Thanks :D I've been trying to figure out how to get my hands on a latias for sometime, I have Soul Silver and no one seems to be trading a latias on wifi gdklgja;dfklgj

Cmon.. You decided 5 members, you can decide the 6th. Overall it would be good if you use Shoddy to try that team out and see it's strengths and weaknesses, and then you'll have an appropriate 6th member.

Well the reason I made the tread mainly was because I don't feel like I have enough experience to battle with a team and know weather or not it was me or the team if I lost or something. Plus I like getting a second opinion.

That's the point. Go on Shoddy, get some experience, see what your team would be VERY weak too and add moves to cover those.
I see that you added Heatran, in that case, mind if our teams battle?

Personally, I would use Metagross over Dusknoir because it can wall stuff and is more reliable for the same reason Aurafire stated "Both Dusknoir and Starmie seems redundant as both perform the same task and more importantly share the same dark/ghost weakness." plus Starmie is probably a better pick over Dusknoir to begin with.

    2 tips:
get rid of flame orb on heracross, a burn diminishes atk, go with toxic or life orb :)

i see a life orb gengar denting ALL your pkmn :(

i think bronzong shoud be pokemon no. 6 :)

With Guts active, it prevents the -50% drop and turns it into a +50% raise. :|

Go with Magnezone as no.6 imo. Prevents Scizor from sweeping you outright with CB Bullet Punches (only Starmie currently resists them) and can 2HKO with T-Bolt, as well as take out various other steels not named Heatran.

Doesn't he already have a Magnezone?
