Finding a certain pokemon

So I'm looking for this one Pokemon for my story, with a few conditions. But I can't quite put my finger on it.
-It has to be effective against Fighting but weak against Grass.
-It blatantly and obviously cannot be a legendary.
-It has to be a Shadow Pokemon from XD.

Lunatone works vs Fighting Types, and is weak to Grass Type moves.
It's not Legendary, and it's in XD.
