    Dont mean to be a mini mod but a thread got closed just like thisexcept they were trading one... the mod said they cant be traded until the date that the Actual release Shaymin(July 19th)
     
    until there is a announcement post that specifies they can't be traded (and i HOPE the mod includes the lame reason for closing the last post) the prerelease movie shaymin IS a real event, and is allowed to be traded here.
     
    I am aware of the post that was close, and questioned the mod on it. He gave me a very lame response as to WHY he closed it.
