[Other] Finding APE Offsets in Emerald.

To me with a doubt a few weeks. I wonder how I do to find the offsets of pallets of Pokémon Emerald, such as the intro prof birch, since I don't found no bookmarks.

Finding the offsets to palettes can actually be quite simple.
