For the first, that's not exactly allowed...and google it
For the second, that's not exactly possible D: You can trade Fire Red and Emerald when you have the National Dex in Fire Red though. I believe :P

If trading is what you're asking...you need to have the National Dex in both FR and Emerald, and in FR you need to complete a little more storyline on the Sevii Islands.

I believe you can only trade FR/LG with R/S.
Well if want to try, on FR get the national dex and the ruby and sapphire stones, on R/S get the national dex. Now connect the link cable and in FR go to One Island and to Celso's machine, on R/S go to any center and go up. Now you can trade FR/LG with R/S dunno bout Emerald though.
