fire red gender dependant spawn

I would like to know if there is a way to change the main character spawn in fire red depending on gender like in emerald.

Probably, but if you want to cheese it:
1)start in temporary map/spawn point
2)immediately use a level script with checkgender to warp the player to the right map/position
Or use decomp, I guess

The gender dependant spawn in emerald is done entirely with scripting and mapping and the same can be done in firered too.
I partially explained how it works here but you can look at emerald yourself for more details.
