Hi, I'd like to start a challenge in leafgreen. I'm thinking maybe I'll go easy and do a water type challenge...aw, heck, I'm gonna try a poison challenge! :)

You know what? I always thought it would be interesting to see if I could do all of them. I'll begin tomorrow with Flying...

yall just thought of monotype challenges? i beat the first generation of pokemon games with a new file for each type. the easiest one to do it with is psychic. get an abra and train the hell out of it. in Fr/Lg train it from where you catch it, defeat misty, defeat Lt. Surge, teach the shockwave TM you get from him to your kadabra, then, you are unstoppable. defeat every trainer in the game using only the kadabra. he will be above level 90 by time you beat the elite four the second time. guarunteed. let me know how this works for you.

You can trade to evolve Kadabra or Slowpoke. That's it.

Srry I wasn't updating, I've been busy.

Anyways, I have just beaten Lt. Surge with a Lv. 28 Ivysaur and a Lv. 27 Golbat. I've decided to leave room for 2 HM slaves, so my team will, eventually, be:

Venasaur
Crobat
Tentacruel
Muk

My current team:

I'm on the S.S. Ann, and so far my current team is made up of only my lvl 34 Wartortle. I suppose I could catch a Magikarp with my old rod, but it doesn't seem worth raising it from lvl 5. I need a good rod!

Are there any other water types I can find before getting my good rod?
 
you should of took the Magikarp salesmen's magic karp you would have had a Gyrados by then
