    Hello frens I recently came back to romhacking mainly because of everything that's going on in the world rn as well me having a bit more time to be able to work on stuff since all my college stuff is online atm

    So I was playing through my romhack testing everything and I try to evolve a gloom because you know why not and it shows that I can use it but it says it has no effect? How would I go about fixing this as I'm clueless to why this is happening.

    All help would be appreciated
