[Question] Fire Red Level Cap

    What is the best way to implement a level cap into Fire Red? I would like to incorporate a level cap until each gym badge is earned. It would preferably be a hard level cap but soft would be fine too if that's significantly easier. I'm fairly new to rom racking and have been using HMA primarily. I'm open to using other programs if necessary. Just curious what the best way to accomplish this is.
