[ASM & Hex] [Fire Red] "Presents" Bug Fixing.

    I'm working with a Fire Red v1.0 ROM for my ROM hack and I want to know how to fix something. In v1.1 Game Freak fixed a bug that prevented the "PRESENTS" part of the opening. I swear I remember a program that was able to fix this bug, but I couldn't find it. Does anyone have any alternatives?

    If you download the individual patches from the pokemon throwback hack it has a static ips patch which fixes this.
