Fire red trainer editior

What is a good tool for a trainer editor for fire red?
Since I want to edit few pokemon levels. I tried hopeless and it won't open if I'm using fire red 1.1. But it works fine if I'm using 1.0.
Are there any other tool that work fire red 1.1?

HexManiacAdvance supports 1.1

If you want to make a larger scale hack 1.0 is the more supported choice, but for simple edits like this HMA covers everything
