Estou com problemas com animação d'aguá no pokemon, gostaria de saber como é que faço para eu poder mudar. não sei nem por onde começar

Hey!
If you want to change the water animation you have to download Tile anime editor, then you remove the tile animation of the water.
Once you did it, you have to insert the new tile animation you wanna.
If you prefer I can edit and put images about how you can do it.
