How about taking out one machop and using another infernape?

Sets for the Pokemon, please. I need to know what sets your Pokemon are from to better evaluate what you have in there. I also need to know if this is for "Unlimited" format play or if this is for "Modified" format play.

As it stands, the "pyramid" evolution lines you have need to be thickened so that they're columns rather than pyramids. Typically, the most important stage in an evolution line is the final stage (there are a few exceptions, but I'm pretty sure that's not the case here), since that's what your strategy is typically built around. I'd remove some energy to add in more Pokemon of the later stages to your evolution lines.

idk why theme deck builds are so bad, they teach such bad deck building to all the new players.

    Stuff to avoid:
-Building Pyramids with pokemon. tcg or otherwise.
-Low Supporter count. Have at least 12 good ones.
-over 14 energy. Anything more than that is bad.
-Having too many 1 ofs. Having play sets of cards (4 of a card) helps with consistency. Which is basically how well your deck is going to perform.
