Regarding the trade we almost did a few days ago (My Shiny EV trained Porygon-Z for the SHiny Egg moved Chimchar and Totodile), here's the stats of Pory-Z:

HP: 311
Attack: 173
Def: 169
Sp. Atk: 400
Sp. Def: 186
Speed: 279

EDIT: And I'll give you another SHiny (I'll check my boxes in a sec) for your Untouched Shiny Abra.
