After seeing this Thread. I've decided to try it out!

I did insert the image and pallete correctly using the Bibarel Tool and I used the NTME.

To be honest, I only used the F/R TS size and put the pokemon image below in the correct position.. I think.
All is well but the pallete is wrong even though the Bibarel tool had an import pallete option. What did I do wrong?

The titlescreen is fine, the Giratina is animated as it should be. The problem is the pallete

Also, another question. All the APE or Advance Pallete Editor that I've downloaded seemed to have virus. After trying to open it, my anti virus immediately deletes it. Can anyone suggest a tool like APE or anything else aside APE? Thank you!

I think you need to do D for the Giratina tiles.

At least for my Title Screen I did

Nah just select D in the Palette option and "colour in Giratina with Ds

Last question, have you ever encountered a virus in the APE (Advance Pallete Editor)?

My Anti Virus (McAfee) keeps deleting the APE saying that it has a virus :(

No, that shouldn't happen. Maybe there is a file in APE that the anti-virus thinks is harmful. Or maybe it does have a file not suitable for your computer. Try downloading APE from here and see what happens. If it still says there is a virus, disable the anti-virus for APE.

Actually, that is where I downloaded my APE. I also tried several sites to download.

All of them think it has a virus or something. I also assumed that my PC think it is harmful but it is not.
Hopefully, disabling my anti virus for APE won't give me problems, yes?
