Alright, so I used this post https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/401063 combined with this thread https://www.pokecommunity.com/posts/9743323 just like Spherical Ice did with Gaia, except it won't let me open PGE after I make some changes. Does anyone have a solution for this?

You could try another editor like G3T. Have you updated your INI with the new item data?
