    Hey, making a Firered hack and was wondering if there's a full ini out there to help with text editing and such. I've looked on google but every lead leads nowhere.

    Also as a side question, how do I change the level of gift Pokemon? The Pokemon I'm replacing Eevee with evolves at level 25 and learns a move on evolution so I want to be able to change it to be level 20 instead so players don't miss getting a good move.

    Apologies in advance if this stuff is super easy, I'm pretty new at the whole hacking thing
     
    Figured out the Eevee issue. The gift Apprentape is now level 20, which gives you 5 levels to tweak those stats for your desired evolution!
