    Scizor
    EVs: 252 Attack/252 Speed/6 HP

    Agility
    Silver Wind
    Steel Wing
    Baton Pass

[keep this as a physical attack, but able to pass on that speed if the chance arises?]

    Dragonite
    EVs: 252 Sp. Attack/252 Speed/6 Sp. Defense

    Agility
    Haze
    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt

    To much Sweeping IMO...

    Tyrannitar: Taunt over Brick Break.

Charizard: Rock Slide over Dragon Claw? Sure.

Dragonite: Consider Dragon Claw/Thunder Wave/Roar or Haze/Rest beause you need a Hazer.

    Gyarados@Lum Berry
    Dragon Dance
    Taunt
    Earthquake
    HP Rock

Charizard and Mewtwo should be made special sweepers, just because it fits with their stats better, and everyone else is a physical sweeper. Fire and dragon can hurt every type...

I dislike Charizard as a special sweepers because not counting HP special, it gets 2, count them, 2 decent special attack types >_>

Besides Belly Drum, there are countless Pokemon who do a better job at physical sweeping than Charizard. And osme of them are on that team. So having Charizard there is pretty pointless.

Charizard can mix sweep using Overheat, though.

dragon dance is pointless on dragonite, unless u want the speed, all moves even dragon claw are special, so just give it agility, or like said before, haze

how bout dragon dance over subsitute and double edge over focus punch, and have leftovers. just incase u need the speed, and plus subs will break and steal plenty of your life. double edge steals some but not as much, yet does the same as focus punch, and leave an empty slot for another move. w/ dragon dance ur speed can now match salamence and ur attack is reaised, really making you a sweeper.

give skarmory drill peck and not steel wing. steel wing doesnt hurt steel, water, fire very much. flying jsut doesnt hurt steel or rock as much. it has less weaknesses, and takes care of sweepers that are ground or grass. or fighting which is more helpful that just rock, & ice.
for mewtwo i would give mewtwo: bulk-up, calm mind, psychic, brick break/body slam. this way you are a total tank, totally powered up, and can paralyse or possibly low their sp def, doing even more damage...

i jsut updated it before u post, and also give mewtwo leftovers, and have nature lower speed... even w/ -speed nature, it will have 323 speed lvl 100

    ahh.

nature's on my mewtwo are hard to do, because i am playing the game on gameboy, not netbattle, i can't just pick and choose what i get with a legendary.

either way, its stats should be good, even w/o the best nat., just telling u the most helpful... also if it reduces ne of them but speed, it stat moves will make-up for it... the only thing 2 watch-out for it roar/whirlwind/haze. even so, w/ mewtwo stats, it could prob beat nething...
