    Where Can I Find Suicune, Raikou and Entei Script(Event) ?

    If I'm not mistaken, after beats the Pokémon League, in Hall of Fame.
    The address of scripts: 162D4C.
    I'm not sure, maybe you can find in hero/heroine house (pallet town).
     
    Actually, in FireRed the roaming legendaries are activated after you give Celio the Sapphire at the One Island Net Center and establish trade capabilities with the Hoenn games. Special 0x129 starts the event. It causes one legendary to roam based on your starter (more specifically, the value set in variable 0x4001). Each time you use it, the event resets.
