While I like the detail in your tree tile, the shape seems a little.. odd? Might just be me, but it could do with being a little more conical.

I agree with Rossay, the tree is a little too square-shaped. Your Pokemon sprites are awesome though!

Looks nice, some problems but the main problem is that you're basically spriting the same Chandelure that already exists, i'd say give it a different and dynamic pose.
