Team: Weavile, Absol, Empoleon, Rampardos, Lucario, Dusknoir

    Weavile @ Choice Band
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 atk/252 spe/4 HP
    Jolly Nature [+Speed -Special Attack]
    ~ Ice Punch
    ~ Night Slash
    ~ Taunt
    ~ Brick Break

Taunt is there for a number of reasons. Well first its to stop other Pokémon from using their stat raising moves like Dragon Dance and Swords Dance [all this dancing!], and also stats effect moves like Toxic and Sleep Powder. Ice Punch is a good KO move for those grass, ground, and flying types like Breloom and Aerodactyl. Brick Break and OHKO Tyranitar, while Night Slash can hit Gengar and Dusknoir pretty hard.

    Absol @ Life Orb
    Ability: Super Luck
    EVs: 252 atk/252 spe/ 4 HP
    Adamant Nature [+Attack -Special Attack]
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Sucker Punch
    ~ Thunderbolt
    ~ Psycho Cut

Thunderbolt can hit Gyarados, while my team sometimes has trouble with. It has a pretty wide coverage, in my opinion, works well for Absol. Swords Dance and Life Orb plus 252 EVs in attack give Absol a pretty high base power. Super Luck raises the chance of having a critical hit each move, and Absol has plenty attacks with a high chance of critical hit, such as Psycho Cut.

    Empoleon @ Leftovers
    Ability: Torrent
    EVs: 252 HP/ 4 Sp.Atk/ 252 Sp.Def
    Calm Nature [+Sp.Def -Atk]
    ~ Surf
    ~ Ice Beam
    ~ Toxic
    ~ Aqua Ring

Meant to be a staller. Since Empoleon's earthquake-weak, Surf can take down most rock and ground types that use Earthquake, and Ice Beam can hit dragons that usually switch when Empoleon's on the field. Toxic is for poisoning. Its been helping Empoleon knock out Pokémon quicker. Aqua Ring is there for... restoring health when your HP gets low.

    Rampardos @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Mold Breaker
    EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature [+Atk -Sp.Atk]
    ~ Earthquake
    ~ Crunch
    ~ Stone Edge
    ~ Rock Polish

Speed isn't in Rampardos's "A-range" so Rock Polish quickly fixes that, and its 252 EVs in Speed. Earthquake can really hit a lot of Pokémon hard, it has a good base power anyway. Stone Edge can be used against those flying-dual types such as those Dragons.

    Lucario @ Salac Berry
    Ability: Inner Focus
    EVs: 242 atk/ 252 spe/ 4 HP
    Adamant Nature
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Close Combat
    ~ Stone Edge
    ~ Extreme Speed

Extremespeed gives Lucario the priority to go first and give the opponent some damage. It helps when your opponent has low HP, that way you can just knock them out safely. Swords Dance gives Lucario a little more attack power and Stone Edge hits those flying types that try and go for Lucario's weak point in the fighting type zone.

    Dusknoir @ Leftovers
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP/ 52 Def/ 204 Sp.Def
    Impish Nature
    ~ Will-o-wisp
    ~ Fire Punch
    ~ Shadow Punch
    ~ Thunder Punch

Dusknoir's doing a lot of punching in this moveset. Fire Punch is super-effective against Bug and grass types, and helps hurt the few wandering steel types that come into battle play. Will-o-wisp is there, like Toxic, to bring down the opponent's HP a little quicker. Thunderpunch is also another counter there for Gyarados's.

Critics please be gentle, its my first try. ^.^

CBWeavile is pretty worthless as a lead; what're you going to do when Metagross (the most common lead) just wipes you out with Bullet Punch? Taunt isn't worth crap in that situation.

    Absol @ Life Orb
    Ability: Super Luck
    EVs: 252 atk/252 spe/ 4 HP
    Adamant Nature [+Attack -Special Attack]
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Sucker Punch
    ~ Thunderbolt

Super Luck raises the chance of having a critical hit each move, and Absol has plenty attacks with a high chance of critical hit, such as Psycho Cut.
Absol's incredibly fragile and has issues finding time to get a Swords Dance in the first place. Not to mention, you already have SDLuke (who's a much better Swords Dancer).

    Rampardos @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Mold Breaker
    EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature [+Atk -Sp.Atk]
    ~ Earthquake
    ~ Crunch
    ~ Stone Edge
    ~ Rock Polish

Speed isn't in Rampardos's "A-range" so Rock Polish quickly fixes that, and its 252 EVs in Speed. Earthquake can really hit a lot of Pokémon hard, it has a good base power anyway. Stone Edge can be used against those flying-dual types such as those Dragons.
Again, even once you have that crucial speed boost, priority will just destroy your 1 HP Rampardos.

    Lucario @ Salac Berry
    Ability: Inner Focus
    EVs: 242 atk/ 252 spe/ 4 HP
    Adamant Nature
    ~ Swords Dance

Swords Dance gives Lucario a little more attack power and Stone Edge hits those flying types that try and go for Lucario's weak point in the fighting type zone.
252 Atk EVs please. Life Orb is needed as well, as a Salac Berry boost is already redundant with Extremespeed in his moveset. Not to mention, Life Orb is needed to ensure that Lucario scores those crucial OHKO's that he needs.

    Dusknoir @ Leftovers
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP/ 52 Def/ 204 Sp.Def
    Impish Nature
    ~ Will-o-wisp
    ~ Fire Punch
    ~ Shadow Punch
    ~ Thunder Punch

Dusknoir's doing a lot of punching in this moveset. Fire Punch is super-effective against Bug and grass types, and helps hurt the few wandering steel types that come into battle play. Will-o-wisp is there, like Toxic, to bring down the opponent's HP a little quicker. Thunderpunch is also another counter there for Gyarados's.
Gyarados 2HKOs you with a Dragon Danced, Life Orb Waterfall. Some counter Dusknoir is. Additionally, this thing is just begging for enemy Heatran to come in for a free Flash Fire boost. Once even ScarfTran has that, you're done for, as even your Empoleon will be 2HKO'd by Flash Fire boosted Fire Blast. Due to Heatran's resistance to ExtremeSpeed and Sucker Punch, Scarf Heatran will be too fast and too powerful for your team to stop. Dusknoir isn't going to do anything with a weak STAB and another weak, unSTABed move.

That having been said, there's very little synergy in this team; 4 set-up sweepers, 1 Choice Bander (coughwasteofaleadcough) and a sad excuse for a wall/tank isn't going to go anywhere.

You'll want a Stealth Rock lead on your team in place of Weavile. Take your pick from Metagross, Heatran, Aerodactyl, etc.

Replace Dusknoir, he's nothing but dead weight on this team. Scrap Absol as well, you don't need 2 Swords Dancers, especially when Lucario is clearly superior to Absol in that regard.

Rampardos isn't doing anything for this team either. Most things (probably) aren't going to run from Rampardos, as they will just pound away at his glass defenses. Again, once his sash is broken, he's screwed once CBScizor or any priority user (barring ExtremeSpeeders) comes in for a revenge kill.

That's all I can find for now.

    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 atk/252 spe/4 Def
    Jolly Nature [+Speed -Special Attack]
    ~ Ice Punch
    ~ Pursuit
    ~ Ice Shard

    ~ Brick Break

Taunt on a Choice pokemon is bound to fail, use ice shard so you can revenge kill DD salamence and what not. Pursuit is needed too.

    Absol @ Life Orb
    Ability: Super Luck
    EVs: 252 atk/252 spe/ 4 HP
    Adamant Nature [+Attack -Special Attack]
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Sucker Punch
    ~ SuperPower
    ~ Psycho Cut

    Super Power >> T-Bolt always.

    Empoleon @ Leftovers
    Ability: Torrent
    EVs: 252 HP/ 4 Sp.Atk/ 252 Sp.Def
    Calm Nature [+Sp.Def -Atk]
    ~ Surf

    ~ Aqua Ring

    eww.

    Rampardos @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Mold Breaker
    EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
    Adamant Nature [+Atk -Sp.Atk]
    ~ Earthquake
    ~ Crunch
    ~ Stone Edge
    ~ Rock Polish

Sash is utter garbage on anything apart from leads. Everything lols at it, i dont see what this is doing for your team.

    Lucario @ Life Orb
    Ability: Inner Focus
    EVs: 252 atk/ 252 spe/ 4 HP
    Adamant Nature
    ~ Swords Dance
    ~ Close Combat
    ~ Stone Edge
    ~ Extreme Speed

    Wants a LO

    Dusknoir @ Leftovers
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 6 s.def

    Impish Nature
    ~ Will-o-wisp
    ~ Fire Punch
    ~ Pain Split
    ~ Thunder Punch

Needs a healing move and absolute max def if you wish to counter Scizor and Gyarados decently.

Ok, Scarf and sub Tran > this team (especially since you are flinging will-o-wisp around), you also lack stealth rock and your entire team is crippled by thunderwave.

Rotom is also arguably better than dusknoir too since it isnt actually set up fodder. -.-

Anyways, Id probably put a water type that can actually switch into Heatran >> Rampardos who does nothing for this team. Offensive Suicune would work greatly imo and even more so because you can Pursuit blissey with weavile thus opening up sweeping opportunities.

    Suicune@Leftovers
    172 HP / 120 SP.ATT / 216 SPEED
    Timid Nature
    - Hydro Pump / Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Hidden power Electric
    - Calm Mind

Next id put something that can switch into fighting types (Lucario mainly) >> Absol, dusknoir doesnt cut it because it loses to SD LO crunch. Salamence would be pretty neat, probably Mixmence since you lack much on the special side of things.

    Slamence@Life Orb
    80 Att / 252 SP.ATT / 176 SPEED
    Rash nature
    - Roost
    - Draco Meteor
    - Fire Blast
    - Brick Break

Empoleon set is poop and again is dead weight doing nothing, put something that can set up SR there.

    <SR Lead>
    Noir
    Weavile
    Lucario
    Suicune
    Mence

^ Something like this would work.
