~jpg = bad -- always save them as png.
~GSC doesn't mix well with RS+
~Did you try re-sizing the gyarados? Maybe try putting them boxes, it also makes them stand out from the background.
~Maybe use a different version of the mew sprite for the one by trainer, like RS/E/DP, or at least flip it so its facing the other way, or something.
~You should've reduced the white space so its equal on all sides/corners.

kinda but the thing is.... i dont know how to use photo shop and i did it on paint but thanks for the critism.

As Gs135790 said, Never save as JPG.
Oh, and the GS pokemon, um no. Please, If you like the design, you could ask somebody to revamp it for you.
It dosen't have much effort put into it, like, theres no name, Names of pokemon, badges, The backround is neat, Did you make it?
Anyway, The white corners, please make a border or something.

Do all this stuff and that card will be great. Hope you follow it.

You don't need to use PS for a PNG, under the "Save as type" dropdown menu, select "PNG(*.png)"-save as normal.

Actually, its quite good if you insert name,pokemon,badges etc to it
