    I'm not good at this! But this is my first try. All I edited was the image. I think this is the Fire Red Leaf Green promo image of poliwhirl, and my own background!!
     
    Doesn't look like there's anything wrong with the context of the card; however, the picture isn't too good. There are too many white dots around the outline. And the picture of Poliwhirl is really dark and low-quality.

    Same with the card as a whole. The letters are too dark and hard to read.​
     
    IMO the Poliwrath should be more centered.
