First movie returning to theaters

I feel like the 1st movie lost quite a bit of its meaning without the Mewtwo's Origin segment, I remember being confused when Mewtwo said that he too began with Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur, then when I saw that short years later it made sense.

I still need to see the English subbed version of that film, as I've heard it's a lot better, but the first 3 movies will always have a special place in my heart.
