    Hey Everyone!

    I'm Monotypist but my real name is Graeme. I particularly enjoy building monotype teams and battling people with them on Battle Spot. :) I'm excited to be a part of the forum!
     
    Hey there, welcome to PC Graeme! Monotype battling is pretty fun, it kinds of feels like you're a gym leader or something when you battle like that. You should check out our Battling & Team Building section to get possible team ideas/finding a battle rival. You can also battle over in our showdown battle server.

    Hi there! I'm also a fan of monotype battling although I'm more of an in-game player rather than competitive battling. I'm currently finishing up my ultimate mono-grass run with one game to go. Come join us in Challenges!

    I have another question, is it common for people to post the specific strategies that they use on here? Or do they worry that that will give too much away to potential opponents?
     
    Heya, welcome to PC! We have a pretty cool competitive battling community here. You can post about your strategies over in Battling & Team Building. I don't think anyone would purposely go out of there way to track down what strats you use, so you should be fine in that regard. Do you have a favorite Pokemon? As Home pointed out, why not take part in a Monotype challenge over in the Challenges section~ If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me a message. I hope to see you around :D

    Don't worry about this. People ask for advice on their strategies all the time. We even have RMTs around.
