This is my first RMT, took a stab at an OT team. To me mono type is much more fun and interesting then the staple team you often see, so I went with poison. Hope to get your opinion. Remember this is a Poison team so no /add tyranitar* like posts thanks.

    - Focus Blast

    Weezing (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def/ 6 Spd

    - Pain Split

    Tentacruel (M) @ Leftovers

maybe because its a litte frustrating that 20+ people have the time to look at your post but not enough time to give an actual opinion

    Drapion (M) @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Sniper
    EVs: 252 Atk / 162 Def / 96 Spd
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Brick Break/Earthquake/X Scissor/Aerial Ace/Crunch/Fire Fang
    - Night Slash
    - Thunder Fang/Earthquake/X Scissor/Aerial Ace/Crunch/Fire Fang
    - Ice Fang

It's a matter of covering for the rest of your team and what moves they miss. For example, there appear to be no other Bug moves, nor Ground moves etc.

    Gengar (M) @ Choice Specs/Life Orb
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 6 HP/ 252 Spd/ 252 Satk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Def) Timid Nature decreases attack...
    - Substitute Thunderbolt
    - Hypnosis/Energy Ball
    - Shadow Ball
    - Focus Blast/HP ICE/HP ELEC

Your team lacks a Special Sweeper, which is Gengar's best job, so my advice would be to go for a full four special moves, but if you insist on Hypnosis, then use Life Orb, or you'll find yourself hitting sleeping pokemon with a chain of Hypnosis' lol.

    Weezing (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def/ 6 Spd
    Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Sludge Bomb/Thunderbolt
    - Fire Blast
    - Will-o-wisp
    - Pain Split

I may not be the best at EV spreads, but I can see that is slightly wrong. You need more Sp.Atk and possibly Sp.Def. Set Looks fine, but TBolt over Sludge Bomb. Black Sludge for trick purposes.

    Tentacruel (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Liquid Ooze
    EVs: 204 HP / 36 Spd / 96 SAtk / 172 SDef
    Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Toxic Spikes
    - Rapid Spin
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam/Sludge Bomb
Not entirely sure on his attacks yet

That's arguably the best Tentacruel set. Again, Black Sludge for Trick purposes.

    Muk (M) @ Black Sludge
    Ability: Sticky Hold
    EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 178 SDef
    Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Substitute/Taunt
    - Explosion
    - Focus Punch
    - Shadow Sneak

    Personal Preference. I love this.

    Toxicroak (M) @ Choice Band/Scarf
    Ability: Dry Skin
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
    Adamant (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Poison Jab/Brick Break
    - Earthuake
    - Sucker Punch
    - Stone Edge

I'm not an expert with Toxicroak, but I think a Scarf or Band Set may work better, or you'll find yourself hammered by Psychic moves.

Keep Drapion alive if you really want this to be a close-successful team

I don't see why you would put Substitute on Gengar, as Leftovers is a waste on such an easy to KO Pokemon. Replace Substitute with Thunderbolt/HP Ice. Thanks for suggesting HP Electric Jimmy.. o_o

The team has no real means to taking down a Gyarados, one Taunt on Weezing gives the opponent the 80% edge of winning, apply Thunderbolt to Weezing at the least

Absolutely no Sludge Bomb on Tentacruel, Ice Beam

Do not combine Scarf with Sucker Punch on Toxicroak either, Choice Band Sucker Punch is always best used by Cacturne himself.

Overall, good resistance of Ground/Rock|or|Ice Physical striking combo, since this is a Poison team

Choice anything and sucker punch should not be used IMO. Once they see you're locked in they'll just set up on you, since you cant do a thing.
