Well I finally got Shoddy to work on my Mac ^^
I had .Aero and ? help with this team so I'd like to thank them for helping me out.
    Well here goes...

    Quick Glance

    Froslass (F) @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Snow Cloak
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
    Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Spikes
    - Taunt
    - Destiny Bond
    - Ice Beam

The suicide lead. His main job is to Taunt to spoil other leads and set up Spikes. Ice Beam is there so it can do some damage to the opposing lead. Destiny Bond is to take out anything that the rest of my Pokemon can't take out. Since Froslass is pretty broken and has lots of weeknesses, Destiny Bond seems like a good choice. Froslass's main job is to just support the team and get the field set for Rhyperior.

    Venusaur (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Overgrow
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Sleep Powder
    - Swords Dance
    - Power Whip
    - Earthquake

I opted for the offensive set so that it can help wipe out anything that may counter Rhyperior. I usually try to force a switch as I use Swords Dance. Sleep Powder is great to have when my opponent switches, it let's me get a free Swords Dance up the next turn. His main job is to make sweeping a lot easier for Rhyperior.

    Houndoom (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EVs: 6 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spd
    Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Nasty Plot
    - Flamethrower
    - Dark Pulse
    - Hidden Power [Flying]

I chose Houndoom because I needed something that can absorb hits for Froslass. I also need him to absorb Fire attacks aimed for Venusaur. Dark Pulse takes care of anything that threatens Froslass and HP Flying helps take out any Fighting type that may come in and ruind Rhyperior's sweep.

    Slowbro (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Own Tempo
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spd
    Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Slack Off
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Toxic

Slowbro functions like Houndoom, I send him out to absorb Fighting attacks and Fire attacks aimed at Venusaur or Rhyperior. He also helps out by using Toxic to cripple my opponent's Pokemon. Slack Off is used to keep him last longer so that he can absorb hits for Rhyperior.

    Uxie @ Light Clay
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP/76 Spd/180 SDef
    Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Reflect
    - Light Screen
    - Memento
    - U-turn

Uxie is only meant to support the team and set up everything for Rhyperior's sweep. I set up Dual Screens and Light Clay extends it to 8 turns. Then I just U-turn out of there and let Rhyperior sweep. Memento is there to be used when Uxie has served it's purpose. It allows me to lower the Atk and SAtk stats of my opponent's Pokemon which makes sweeping easier for Rhyperior.

    Rhyperior (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Solid Rock
    EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 SDef
    Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Rock Polish
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Aqua Tail/Substitute

The main player of the team. I try to Rock Polish while my opponent is switching out. Then I begin my sweep. I'm debating over Aqua Tail or Substitute. Aqua Tail would hit bulky ground types hard, but Substitute helps avoid statuses and can help make sweeping easier.

Now I'm not a pro at NU/UU, but I can get around in UU fairly well. I stopped playing UU after the BL disappearance, but recently I entered a tourney that renewed my interest for UU/NU. Another tourney, held right now has increased that further. (See my RMT for that, lol). So don't judge me too hard if I make a wrong correction.

Now, on to the actual RMT. Have you already tested it?
Like I check every team on Infernape in OU, I checked this UU team on Raikou. And it failed.
    If Raikou manages to get a CM up, which isn't out of the picture at all, he could take down Frosslass if she were still alive;
    Venusaur hates HP Ice;
Houndoom runs of with it's tail between it's legs fearing Thunderbolt and Slowbro becomes scared as hell fearing T-bolt as well.
Uxie is bulky enough to take a Shadow Ball, but a second is killer.
If Raikou is already on the field when Rhyperior comes in, it's good game for you. He sweeps you easily with a Super Effective Hidden Power.

All of these calculations have been made assuming you're facing a +1, +1 LO Raikou.

I think that when your opponent has set up Stealth Rock, he'll take down half of your team without even a single CM.
Slowbro is a goner, Houndoom is not up to challenge either and Venusaur will take heavy damage. Rhyperior probably will too, but because of Solid Rock, it's not as bad and gives you a chance to take it out.
Uxie is three hit KO'd, I think.

    So, that's Raikou only.

SpecsTile will do something similar. HP Fire/Ice kill of Venusaur, Focus Blast takes out Houndoom assuming it hits and Rhyperior probably too.
Leaf Storm takes down Rhyperior for sure and Slowbro too. Uxie will be your best bet in that case.
I'm not experienced with a SD Tile, but I guess he works in a similar way but won't be able to take down Rhyperior and Venusaur.

I just noticed Alakazam is in UU too now, he'll work similar to the previous pokémon.

Torterra can take your Rhyperior's hits fairly well and strike back with STAB Grass moves.

Milotic can wall you out pretty good too. STAB Surf hits Rhyperior and Houndoom pretty hard and HP Electric can be used to attack Slowbro. Especially if Venusaur loses, Milotic can be a lot of trouble.

I don't know if these are all the threats, these are just the most dangerous. Capable of eating like three or four pokémon from your team for lunch and leave to score dinner elsewhere.

    Rhyperior (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Solid Rock
    EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 SDef
    Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Rock Polish
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge
    - Aqua Tail/Substitute

The main player of the team. I try to Rock Polish while my opponent is switching out. Then I begin my sweep. I'm debating over Aqua Tail or Substitute. Aqua Tail would hit bulky ground types hard, but Substitute helps avoid statuses and can help make sweeping easier.

Substitute is a better choice here. There are no significant threats that would take more damage from Aqua Tail than Earthquake or Stone Edge (as water only hits Fire/Rock/Ground, and Fire and Rock are taken care of by Earthquake.) Getting up a sub would put you in a much better position.

Just wondering, if I have a Sub up, along with Solid Rock, and Dual Screens, would it be almost impossible to break the sub?
