    This looks promising, EVs are well distibuted, move pool well utilised, and as for your last Pokemon, make it Snorlax, since you already have a fighting type in there. As for the items, I'm not the best at that topic, but give the Infernape a Zap Plate to deal more damage to the dreaded Water and Flying types.

    >_< And you're going to keep Infernape in against a Starmie or whatnot why? =/
     
    So I should go with Infernape over Lucario?

    You mean Careful right?Impish+180 EVs and a base 135 Defense stat is overkill and will get murdered more easily by Special Attacks with only 76 EVs and a Neutral nature. Mixape is also considerable.

    Wall Breaker. =D HP Ice can help kill Dragons immediately but Nasty Plotted Flamethrower already 2HKOs them.

    Not at all. In fact, I use that exact same set. That allows him to take even Dark attacks with the upmost ease, and allows him to focus on walling one specific kind of threat-basically making him more into a wall. The Sp.Def allows him to survive the oft sp.atk, although that isn't his main focus.
