I'd like to start off and say that this is the first time I've ever seriously considered putting together a Pokemon team to fight against other players. I'm not too keen on using Legendary Pokemon and I mainly pick Pokemon that I like as opposed to ones that are fantastic in terms of stats/movepool. I've got a general of idea how to build a team and pick moves based on what I've seen on various forums/websites. Here's what my team looks like. I'm mainly trying to figure out what moves to give them along with what items to have my Pokemon to hold.

    Empoleon (Male)
    -Holding Leftovers
    Ability: Torrent
    EVs: 128 HP/128 Def/252 Sp. Def
    Moves:
    -Surf
    -Flash Cannon
    -Ice Beam
    -Substitute

    Aggron (Female)
    -Holding Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Def
    Moves:
    -Iron Tail
    -???
    -???
    -Substitute

    Houndoom (Female)
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Sp. Atk/252 Spd.
    Moves:
    -Flamethrower
    -Dark Pulse
    -Nasty Plot
    -???

    Scyther (Male)
    Ability: Technician
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
    Moves:
    -X-Scissor
    -Aerial Ace
    -Night Slash
    -Swords Dance

    Luxray (Male)
    Ability: Rivalry
    EVs: 4 HP/252 ATK/252 Spd
    Moves:
    -Thunder Fang
    -Ice Fang
    -Crunch
    -Roar

    Slowking (Female)
    Ability: Own Tempo
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Sp. Atk/4 Sp. Def
    Moves:
    -Psychic
    -Surf
    -Nasty Plot
    -Slack Off

I'm not quite sure what to give certain Pokemon. Like Aggron has 2 open move slots and I'm debating between things like Stone Edge, Earthquake and Brick Break...all of which are hard to get TMs. I'd also like to put Will-O-Wisp on Houndoom but again, it's an annoying hard to get TM. I'm also not so sure about Night Slash on Scyther. It serems like a good idea but I may just be overlooking another good move it has.

I'm sorry I can't help right now, but I can say that you did an overall decent job. Minor mistakes that I will fix tomorrow, since I'm Wii-typing, but somebody else will. Still, good job.

I'm typing on the wii also so this will be short but I think you should evolve your scyther and I hate that your slowKING is a transvestite.

Until right now, I didn't realize that about my Slowking and for some reason, I find it downright hilarious.

I don't know why but I'm just not a big fan of Scizor. Don't like the way it looks, don't like the extra moves that are available to it. I personally would rather have the STAB with Aerial Ace on the regular Scyther but I'm entitled to be wrong and stubborn.

I'd also like to get some feedback on what to fill in on my Aggron's moveset. Earthquake seems like a definite choice but I'm not sure if I'd want something like Focus Punch, Brick Break or Stone Edge in that last slot. Stone Edge would give me a Rock STAB attack but Focus Punch/Brick Break would give me a way to deal with opposing Steel, Dark and Fighting Types should my opponent switch into one. Any suggestions?

Nice to see that people on this forum are just as helpful as everyone else on the internet: not at all. Elitism ahoy.

However, I will say that the completed ones are pretty close to the standard movesets and are therefore okay as is. If people would just finish their movesets first, I wouldn't have to hide things in spoilers or change things that don't even matter.

But I will say that steel is a terrible attacking type, so I'm not really sure you want to put it on your Empoleon.

Your genders were almost as bad as your incomplete movesets.
    Spoiler:

Purugly, that's a really bad attitude, your too arrogant, The whole reason people post in this thread is, 1) To get their team rated, and I know you didn't expect it, 2) Ask others for HELP! Oh yes, People can ask for help on their team!, And it doesn't need to be 100% finished!

And usually three question marks doesn't signify an incomplete moveset, No! It means he doesn't know what to put there, and then a slightly more experienced player will come along (Not you as your too arrogant), and suggest a move, but basically what you did was just SPAM and insulted him aswell by saying you won't help because they aren't finished, when he clearly doesn't know what to put there.

And you even quoted his team, for a 2 lined post, did you really have to?

    Anyway Betadynamic:

    Aggron (Female)
    -Holding Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 56 HP / 200 Atk / 252 Speed
    Moves:
    - Can it learn rock polish? If it can Rock polish
    - Earthquake
    - Stone edge
    - Substitute (Meh, I dont know much about aggron)

    Houndoom (Female)
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Sp. Atk/252 Spd.
    Moves:
    -Flamethrower
    -Dark Pulse
    -Nasty Plot
    - Will-o-wisp (For attackers who try switch in, and a burn is always nice, it cripples blissey if she has been mean looked and isn't running aromatherapy, as leftovers add 1 / 16 of her hp, whereas burn takes 1 / 16, so its good.
    Suggestions in BOLD

    And natures?

Metal Burst Aggron is an ok choice, it can survive an Earthquake to throw it back.
